HOW DO I SELL ON MASKZ?
To ensure quality and authentic items, we only allow a select group of sellers. We encourage you to request to become a seller on MaskZ by clicking our vendor application form and filling out the required information. We’ll notify you as soon as your request has been approved.
I REQUESTED TO SELL. WHEN WILL MY PRODUCTS BE APPROVED?
We appreciate your interest in selling on MaskZ. We are currently approving mask sellers on a rolling basis and a limited number of accessory sellers. We do this to ensure we provide the best possible experience for our sellers.
DO I OWN A SELLER ACCOUNT?
We currently do not offer seller accounts to ensure quality of product images and descriptions. All product uploads are responsible by our team.
DO I NEED TO TAKE PHOTOS FOR SALE?
No, you do not need to take photos for our website. After your products are approved, our team will request for product samples during the application review and take photographs of selected seller's products, which will then be displayed on MaskZ website in all languages available. CAN I CANCEL MY SALE?
We aim to provide our customers with the best possible experience when buying on MaskZ and deter our sellers from canceling orders. If you must cancel, you may do so by contacting email@example.com. Please note: Multiple cancellations on orders will lead to a higher commission fee.
HOW DO I SHIP THE ITEMS I'VE SOLD?
We will arrange shipment for your goods to transit from your goods' location to MaskZ's assigned location for quality check before sending off to our customers. You will receive the prepaid shipping label for each item you sell from MaskZ team.
Once you receive the prepaid shipping label, you will receive email notification from our team of the collection time period and date to send off the parcels/palls to our courier service.
If you miss the window for collection time, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange next collection day immediately. An extra fee will be charged for rearrangement.
You must ship from a location within the country/region referenced in your return address. For example, if your return address is located within the US, your package needs to come from the US. Your package cannot come from Canada if your return address is located within the US. Otherwise, we are not liable for any imposed customs fees or lost merchandise.
If your sale is not confirmed within 24 hours of the order being placed and shipped within 3 business days (Monday - Friday for FedEx, UPS and USPS) of the order being placed, it will be canceled.
Items returned to the seller will only be sent to the return address indicated at the time we process your return.
MaskZ will not be liable for any lost, missing or damaged items as this is responsible by courier service. Seller can contact courier service directly for any possible claims or compensations.
MaskZ will not be liable for any loss or damage to your item in transit to us.
MaskZ is not responsible for items that are not shipped in compliance with the guidelines set forth above.
HOW DO I GET NOTIFIED ABOUT A SALE AND SIGN PURCHASE CONTRACT?
If an item you have listed sells, we will notify you and ask you to confirm the order within 24 hours via email.
If your sale is not confirmed within 24 hours of the order being placed and shipped within 3 business days (Monday - Friday for FedEx, UPS and DHL) of the order being placed, it will be canceled.
You will receive purchase contract to be e-signed between MaskZ and your company within 3 business days prior to order shipment via email. General Terms are non-negotiable. You can read the terms and conditions here.
HOW DO I RECEIVE MY PREPAID SHIPPING LABEL?
Your prepaid, pre-addressed shipping label will be sent to you via email once you have confirmed the sale. Please use this to avoid any tracking errors and delays with earnings.
WHY AM I SUPPOSED TO SEND MY ITEMS TO MASKZ?
To ensure all items sold on MaskZ are authentic, sellers are required to send their items to us for verification by our specialists. Depending on where you are located, the package will be directed to one of our global facilities.
Once your items have been authenticated, we'll deposit your earnings to your account for cash out and ship the items to the buyer.
I ACCIDENTALLY SENT ITEMS UNRELATED TO MY ORDER. CAN I GET THEM BACK?
Please make sure not to include items unrelated to your order in your shipping container. We will not be liable for any items that you send to us that are unrelated to the order referenced on the shipping label.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEMS ARE FOUND TO BE FAKE?
If you send items to us that we deem inauthentic or unsellable in our sole and reasonable discretion, the buyer will be refunded the full amount they paid for the items and you will have the option to have the items sent back to you or disposed of by us. If you choose to have the items sent back to you, we will send you an invoice for the shipping costs back to you. If you do not respond within 14 days of receiving notice that your items are inauthentic or unsellable or if you do not pay the shipping invoice within 14 days of receipt, we will dispose of the items in our reasonable discretion.
You will be responsible for any applicable customs duties and taxes that are imposed by the country of your residence.
If you send item(s) to us that do not match the description you provided (e.g., wrong size, SKU, different condition), we will notify you via email regarding the rejected items.
You may replace faulty or wrong-sized products within reasonable time period as agreed with MaskZ. Should the time period not acceptable by MaskZ, faulty or rejected products must be refunded within 72 hours after cancellation.
You will be responsible for any shipping costs, applicable customs duties and taxes that are imposed by the country of your residence in the case of rejected items.
We do not tolerate fake items, should this happen, your seller right on all items will be revoked and removed from our page. We or buyer or the party who paid reserve(s) the right to receive full refunds for the purchased products that are deemed inauthentic and unsellable.
MaskZ actively protects our buyers and sellers. In order to do so, federal and state laws require us to obtain each seller’s full name, date of birth and home address. This information will only need to be submitted to our MaskZ team and should be entered as it appears on a government issued identification, such as a driver’s license or passport.
All personal information on MaskZ is secure and only used for order processing and account related matters.
Earnings are clearly specified in our MaskZ contract and will be deposited to the bank account specified by you in the contract within the agreed time period between your company and MaskZ.
